Your Decoration is a specialist in frames, photo's, posters and paintings. Your Decoration was already successful on the Dutch marketplace bol.com, but they were not yet fully active on Amazon. They saw the enormous potential and opportunities of Amazon.

In the onboarding process Maze-One advised to focus primarily on the photo frames, which are the main products for Your Decoration, and expected to have the greatest potential on Amazon.

Via a feed manager tool, we managed to structure over 4000 stock keeping unit (SKU’s), that means 56 frame sizes in different colours and styles, for Germany, France and The Netherlands.
The next step: set-up of an advertising structure in which the relevance of the customer’s demand and the available products, is central.

• Building ‘above the fold’ content via feed manager tool for over 4000 SKU’s
• Creating an Amazon brand store to drive more traffic and increase brand awareness
• Set-up of sponsored product, brand and display campaigns
• Using tools like Helium 10 and Sellics for the most relevant keywords and managing all the advertising campaigns in combination with machine learning 

Enormous sales increase from €4.000 to €120.000, which is 3000% growth in Germany, France and the Netherlands.

This growth resulted in:

• Number #1 bestseller in The Netherlands within the category 'posterlijsten'*
• Number #1 bestseller in France within the category 'cadres de poster et d'affiches'* 
• Number #1 bestseller in Germany within the category 'bilderrahmen fur poster'*
• Kept the advertising cost of sales below the target. (<20%)
