The challenge for Urtekram: how to manage a large product range and improve content to drive sales
Urtekram had been on Amazon for almost two years before Maze-One was consulted.
One of the key challenges Urtekram faced was the management of a large product assortment in their account and the need for optimization of content.
Maze-One advised Urtekram step by step on how to achieve their goals via Amazon
In October 2019 Urtekram and Maze-One started working together on Urtekram‘s Amazon vendor accounts in UK and Spain. First Maze-One helped Urtekram to create an overview of the best-selling products, followed by a product report with the highest sales potential. That also meant advicing Urtekram to unlist selection of less popular products.
After the first analysis Maze-One optimized the product content of the selected SKUs. During this optimization process new A+ content templates were developed and implemented across selected product listings. Additionally, Maze-One developed a custom-made new brand store design and structure for Urtekram.

Results: enormous increase in sales thanks to different approach
In January 2020 the content optimization approach was implemented and Urtekram immediately noticed an increase in sales. Better and more complete content -in the language of the target audience- resulted in a sales increase of +694% (1YH 2020 compared to 1YH 2019) and individual SKUs perform even better, some at +900%. The content score went from an average of 4/10 to 8/10 (source Helium10).
